There is nothing worse than buyer’s remorse. Be honest, it has certainly happened to the best of us. I know I have gone to it multiple times. Frankly, sometimes it’s okay to have buyers remorse–at least in my opinion–if you are talking about a non-essential item, but if you are talking about something that is fully integrated and a part of your business–something that needs to work in an “always-on” fashion, then do you think you would have remorse about purchasing such an item. I know I would.

Buyers remorse almost never happens when you are using a great product at an affordable rate and if the perceived value or utility you receive from using the item far exceeds any cost incurred from purchasing it. This works across all aspects of life and business and it just so important in considering your next move into trial CRM software.

I’ve been doing some intense searching to figure out just exactly what the most important feature of any customer relationship management software might be. In offering up such advice, I would first lead with this caveat: it really depends on what you intend to do with your CRM solution. There may be a number of different customers who have completely varied and equally important requirements in their particular business. Some of them could include:

The ability to perform constant contact with individuals and businesses

Mail merge and purge

Automated emails and other systems projects

Personally, I like to stay in very regular contact with my current and potential customers and clients. That is why I chose some of the constant contact options as the most vital and important to my business. I want to be top of mind when one of my customers thinks about a CRM system. Depending on the line of business you are in, you may have some very different requirements, but don’t worry, our solutions has been built with you in mind as well. You can intently focus on what you do best while allowing the software to manage your client leads in real-time.

There are some who believe having access to customer databases with ease on a mobile device is the most important feature. For them this may be true as many of our clients work directly in sales and are often operating remotely. Having access to all their data via a Google Android or Apple iPad device can be extremely helpful.

Whatever your particular flavor, our SaaS CRM solution can certainly aid you in becoming more adept at your business, giving you greater control over the who, what, when, where and why. When it comes time to choose a great CRM system, give us a call, we can help.
